Crystallized red plaster.
Gypsum occurs in crystals, sometimes large, twinned in arrowheads and spearheads; also in masses and spatic aggregates.
It is a highly appreciated material in restoration, it contains few impurities and it is used to give the last finishing layer on the walls of buildings.
