Massive Larimar on an intense light blue matrix.
Larimar is a rare variety of pectolite found in basalt rock cavities. This only occurs in the southeast of the Dominican Republic. Furthermore, it is the only pectolite with a sky blue color, a coloration caused by the presence of calcium instead of cobalt.
