Didactic collection that contains the main Crystallographic forms of Minerals made in Olive green ABS.
A crystal, under favorable growth conditions, will develop flat and uniform external surfaces called "faces" that can assume regular geometric shapes, which is an expression of its regular internal atomic distribution.
In this collection we wanted to capture these figures in order to be able to recognize in minerals the crystalline systems that form in nature.
This collection includes the following shapes:
- Cube - A mineral that crystallizes in this way would be Pyrite
- Quadrangular Prism - A mineral that crystallizes in this way would be Orthoclase
- Rectangular prism - A mineral that crystallizes in this way would be Staurolite.
- Hexagonal Prism - A mineral that crystallizes in this way would be Aquamarine
- Rhombohedron - A mineral that crystallizes in this way would be Corundum
- Tetrahedron - A mineral that crystallizes in this way would be Chalcopyrite
- Octahedron - A mineral that crystallizes in this way would be Fluorite
- Hexagonal Pyramid - A mineral that crystallizes in this way would be Graphite
